If a DiDi App is failing to login or the App has someone else's credentials saved to automatically login and you need to reset this, please follow these steps to clear the cache on Samsung Internet. Note that this is the same process for Samsung tablet or mobile.
Click on the Device’s ‘Samsung Internet’ Button to open.
Click on the Menu button (Usually 3 horizontal lines).
On a Samsung Tablet the lines will be in the Top Right-hand corner.
On a Samsung Mobile Phone the lines will be in the Bottom Right-hand corner.
Click on Settings button.
Click on ‘Privacy and security’.
Click on ‘Delete browsing data’.
By default ‘Browsing history, Cache & Cookies and site data’ should be selected. These are the ones to delete.
Click the ‘Delete’ button. Then try re launching the App. If this final step does not work, please select all 6 options for Delete browsing data and try again.
