Finding Out Your Default Browser
The below steps must be performed on the default internet browser. This is the browser that automatically opens when you click on a link from another application e.g. emails.
However, as a general rule, Samsung devices use the Samsung Internet Browser. Please perform these steps in that browser.
When there's an issue with logging on as a different user on a Mobile Device, the current logged on user needs to be logged off from the Customer Portal, but also the Office account on the device as well, so other users can log into the App.
On the Mobile device open up an Internet page and either in the search bar or address bar you can search for office.com
If you googled office.com click on the link, searching office.com via the internet address bar will take you directly to site.
Once in the office.com webpage, you will see an icon representing the user account currently logged on. Simply click on this Icon.
Now click on 'Sign out'. This will log the user out of any open/active Office Credential based programs on the device and now if you open a Customer Portal, you can 'log out' the user signed in and sign in with a different user.
Now when you attempt to sign-in, you should be given the option to sign in as another user.
