Once you click this, you'll be asked to enter your email address. Please only enter the email address that is tied to your portal account.
After you submit your email address, a password reset email with be sent instantly. Please follow the instructions to reset your password.
This action can only be performed if your sign in method is the generic email/password combination. If you use a social feature to sign in like Office 365, Google or Facebook, you will not be able to reset your password, as those providers control the passwords of those accounts. Please reset the your password directly with those providers.
