What data is available on the Customer Portal?

The Digital Dealers Customer Portal provides comprehensive data that includes:

  • Finance Data (including credit limit, invoice history, unpaid invoices, access to invoice copies, ability to pay invoiced).
  • Fluid Analysis – Up to 90 days of fluid analysis via the Hastings Deering Oil Lab.
  • Machine Data (including fault codes, SMU’s, location, GPS tracking, warranty).
  • Operational Data (including total orders, parts sales trends, parts trending, parts invoices, parts pending).
