What Functions are included in Customer Roles?

The Customer Portal has many different roles which unlock plenty of features. Multiple roles can be requested in order to create the perfect customer experience. Below is a brief run down of these roles.

Executive Role

The Executive role gives the user a full look at all of your customer data. This role is a combination of the Fleet, Operations and Financials roles, but also includes a dashboard that includes all aspects of the combined roles. Please note that this role will require approval. When requesting this role, please include who is the approver.

Fleet Role

The Fleet role gives the user access to all of your customer data related to asset information, including oil sample results and telematic information transmitted to VisionLink and Cat Daily.

The Operations role gives the user access to all your customer data related to parts ordering.
