Fault Codes Page - Assets Report

The following article is a quick overview of the Fault Codes page, located in the Assets Report.

Filters Panel

For more information on how to use filters, click here.

On the left side of the Fault Codes page is the Filters Panel. Here you can make some simple changes that will affect the entire report.

  • Company
    • If the end-user has multiple customer numbers attached to their account, they have the ability to select the Company drop-down menu and select one or multiple companies. All available companies are set by default.
  • Model
    • This drop-down menu allows the end-user to select one or multiple connected assets by model number. All available models are set by default.
  • Serial Number
    • This drop-down menu allows the end-user to select one or multiple connected assets by serial number. All available models are set by default.
  • Alternate ID
    • This drop-down menu allows the end-user to select one or multiple connected assets by alternate ID number. All available alternate ID numbers are set by default.
  • Fault Level
    • This button filter allows the end-user to filter the report to show only High, Medium or Low Fault Levels. Using multiple selections can show a combination of these options e.g. High and Medium
  • Reading Date
    • This date filter allows the user to specify a timeframe to filter connected assets. The timeframe is by Reading Date. The Reading Date filter is set to 30 days by default.

Fault Code Tile Cards

At the top of the Fault Codes page, two tile cards are present, and exist to give the end-user a general overview of asset with high fault and medium fault alerts as the report filters. Clicking on these tile cards will trigger filters.

  • High Faults
    • The High Faults tile shows how many high fault alerts are associated with the selected machines within the defined timeframe. Using certain filters will change this number to reflect the selection changes.
  • Medium Faults
    • The Medium Faults tile shows how many medium fault alerts are associated with the selected machines within the defined timeframe. Using certain filters will change this number to reflect the selection changes.

Occurrences by Fault Level

The Occurrences by Fault Level donut chart shows the ratio of Fault Code alerts.

Occurrences by Model and Fault Level

The Occurrences by Model and Fault Level on the Fault Codes page is designed to give the end-user a view of all models in a fleet and their fault code alerts.

Occurrences by Reading Date and Fault Level

The Occurrences by Reading Date and Fault Level bar chart is designed to show fault codes over time.

This chart allows Drill Down functionality.

Fault Details for First 250 Machines

The Fault Details for First 250 Machines table gives the end user a detail overview of all fault code details. The report details the module, the fault and occurrences for each machine serial number.

Fault Occurrences by Module

The Fault Occurrences by Module is designed to give the end-user a view of all modules that are producing fault alerts.
